A.  Upon entering the required information and the area for which you would like a Trade or Service, Ask Bizdex will try and locate a Trade or Service willing to complete required/needed improvement or service.

However, Ask Bizdex does not guarantee that there are Service Professionals in your geographic area that either are capable or willing to complete your service requests. We make no, and explicitly disclaim any, representations or guarantees regarding the skills  of such Trades or Services or the quality of the job that he or she may perform for you if you elect to retain their services. Ask Bizdex does not endorse or recommend the services of any one Trade or Service Professional. It is entirely up to you to enter into a direct contract or otherwise reach agreement with a Service Professional, and Ask Bizdex will not guarantee or warrant their performance on the job or the outcome or quality of the services performed. The Service Professionals are not employees or agents of Ask Bizdex, nor is Ask Bizdex an agent of the Service Professionals. Ask Bizdex does not perform, and is not responsible for, any of the services requested by you in your service request. Your rights under contracts you enter into with Service Professionals are governed by the terms of such contracts and by applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws. Should you have a dispute with any Service Professional, you must address such dispute with the Service Professional directly, AND YOU HEREBY AGREE TO RELEASE ASK BIZDEX (AND OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES) AND ANY OTHER PERSON, FIRM, OR ENTITY  FROM ANY DAMAGES OR CLAIMS (INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES) OF EVERY KIND OR NATURE, SUSPECTED AND UNSUSPECTED, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, AND DISCLOSED OR UNDISCLOSED, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH SUCH DISPUTES AND YOUR DEALINGS WITH SERVICE PROFESSIONALS.

B. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US. Upon using the Ask Bizdex services, you may be prompted to disclose certain information about your service requirements. In the event you choose to provide Ask Bizdex with personally identifiable information about yourself, By providing this information to us, you expressly consent to being contacted by Ask Bizdex  via phone, fax, email, mail or other reasonable means, at any of your contact numbers or addresses, even if you are listed on any federal, state, provincial or other applicable "Do Not Call" list, in order that we may provide the services for which you have provided your personally identifiable information.
